The 50 acre farm was established by country doctors Ed and Liz Scott in 1996 and within 10 years they have managed to produce one of the best tasting olive oils in the world! Leccino, Frantoio, Pendolino & Moraiolo olives (the Scotts only grow traditional Italian olive varieties) combine to make a rich & mellow oil that has a freshly cut grass aroma with a hint of herbs and tropical fruit, ending with a lingering peppery aftertaste.
