The duo have been upholding a long standing family tradition (the organic farm has been in their family for over 180 years!) in making a truly magnificent organic olive oil. A blend of Cobrancosa, Verdial, Madural & Negrinha do Frexio olives create an oil with a fresh and surprisingly clean lingering finish with a subtle hint of pepper. Unfiltered & low acidity.
