We are almost embarassed to admit how easy it is to make these at home...just add milk, eggs and vegetable oil or melted butter to the mix and voila! Bread pudding pancakes! Buying this mix also gives you a good reason to enjoy breakfast in bed or invite friends over for brunch instead of putting your name on long waitlists. (serves 3-4)
