We love Potter’s crackers, so we were thrilled to add their new Oyster Crackers to our snack shelf! We’ve got Classic White or Wisconsin Cheddar, which have a little spice in the finish – yum! We put a handful of them in our soup last week and were very pleasantly surprised at how well they held up. They softened ever so slightly but maintained their crunch even after letting them sit for a while. Baked fresh by Potter’s in Madison, Wisconsin, these organic artisan crackers will be great in any chili, chowder or soup and make a delicious snack by themselves too.
