Attending culinary school in Paris gave Justin Chao all the inspiration he needed to start his own caramel company, Le Bon Garçon. He enjoyed the pastry classes so much that he ended up doing a pastry internship at Le Meurice in Paris, then one thing led to another and now he’s a fully fledged confectioner!
These beautifully packaged, delicious caramels are perfectly crafted by hand in Moorpark, California. Made with extreme care in special copper pots, the caramels are soft and smooth, with a lovely hint of salt to round things out.
We have two options right now: an 8oz box that’s perfect for gifting or a 2oz bag which is a nice little size to enjoy yourself. They’re so good, you’ll have a hard time giving them away!
