“Eat Out of Season” has kicked off with our first menu special and a contest to get things going! We have been saving the best of local fruit & veg for enjoying year-round: hunting down the best produce that the farmer’s market and our select local farmers grow, so we can lock away amazing flavors of the season. We have a preservationist, who makes everything from pickles to jams and fruit butters, so if you have a taste for something like strawberries in Winter, try our strawberry preserves. They’ll knock your socks off!
Crispy Duck Sandwich Special
We’re featuring our smokey chili jam and pickled green tomatoes in our first “eat out of season” special this year. It’s only on the menu for a limited time so try it now: crispy duck breast with smokey chili jam aioli, pickled green tomatoes, savoy cabbage & red onion slaw on challah bread. We’ll be featuring more specials and recipes for how to use our preserves in the coming weeks, so stay tuned for more!
