October’s Secret Supper in Review

As always, our Secret Supper menu focused heavily on local and seasonal ingredients. It doesn’t get any more autumnal than squash, sage, apple cider and pumpkin.

October’s menu:

garlic bread crostini with charred peppers & from scratch ricotta

squash with burrata cheese, fennel & sage brown butter

butternut squash ricotta ravioli with brussels sprouts, mushrooms & apple cider butter sauce

pork tenderloin with parsnips & pear puree

pumpkin cheesecake mouse with a chocolate sauce & toasted pistachios
