Is there anything better than sipping a delicious, cold cocktail after a long summer’s day? We have a huge range of cocktail mixes and drink starters to give you the upper hand in your cocktail crafting. Just add your tipple of choice, or mix them with a range of ingredients and get creative! You can even just mix them with soda water for a refreshing sparkling drink.

We’ve got something for all tastes. Here’s a selection of our current favorites (from left to right):

Pok Pok Som: Thai Basil

If you haven’t been brave enough to try drinking vinegars, now is your chance to change that! These full strength drinking vinegars are sweet and tart at the same time and full of basil flavor, with notes of mint & pepper. We have two other varieties in the grocery: ginger and pineapple, but this thai basil flavor is just so unique. It would pair perfectly with vodka, gin, rum or bourbon in a cocktail. $11.95/16oz bottle

Top Note: Notably Complex Bitter Orange

We love Top Note and use this particular tonic in our old fashioned mimosa here in the cafe. There is a whole host of recipe ideas on Top Note’s website. $9.95/10 oz bottle

Hella Bitters: Moscow Mule Cocktail Mixer

This is a brand new product from Hella Bitters and we were excited to stock it right away. Everyone loves a good mule and with this as your base, you can’t go wrong! It’s also great mixed with just club soda, for a refreshing drink with a ginger kick! $12.50/28 oz bottle

Southport Grocery: Rhubarb Drink Starter

We make this in house, with the juices produced from processing rhubarb for preserves. It’s a fantastic base for any Summer cocktail and pairs well with any liquor that takes your fancy. $9.95/12 oz bottle

Owl’s Brew: White and Vine

This mix won the Sofi Award for Best Cold Beverage in 2015. It’s an artisanal mix of white tea, pomegranate, lemon peel and watermelon juice. Doesn’t that sound divine? Add your liquor of choice and hey presto, you’ve got an amazing cocktail! $18.95/32 oz bottle

Bittermilk: Charred Grapefruit Tonic

This certainly isn’t your typical tonic, but that’s why we love it! It’s charred grapefruit with lemon, lime, cinchona bark & sea salt to round out the flavor. Bittermilk suggest mixing it with any light spirit. $16.95/17 oz bottle

Wolf Moon: Hibiscus Cocktail Mixer

Hibiscus is the perfect mix of sweet and tart. Add tequila for a hibiscus margarita or champagne for a fun mimosa. So many choices with this one – it’s very versatile. $13.75/32 oz bottle
