It’s the midwest, in the grips of winter and we’re gearing up for cider season. There are few things in life more satisfying than scooping a mulled wine from a pot on the stove or from your slow cooker in the kitchen. We love to build a blanket cocoon next to an open fire (or hissing radiator) and settle into that warm daze of deliciousness. Sound like a place you’d like to be? The Spice House’s Mulling Spices can get you there.

The Spice House is known far and wide for their quality spices and their mulling spice is no different. We tend to pull out a jar when the frozen winter breeze pushes its way through the tiny cracks of the windows and doors. A simple tablespoon and a bottle of a deep dark red make for snowy drinking at it’s best. Want to share some of the mulled wonder with the kids, add 3 tablespoons to a gallon of your favorite cider. We love anything mulled in a big hot mug and a rom-com running on the tv. Spice House also stays warming the mulling spices in with whipping cream makes for some magical whipped cream, and we’d be hard pressed to not try when pulling out a nice pumpkin pie or a simple cheesecake.

Get your glass cylinder of perfect winter warmth from The Spice House, right off our shelves and hunker down for the gales.
